I visited nepal for 1st time in January 2015. Even though it was only short trip I really enjoyed exploring Kathmandu, Dhading and Pokhara. The tour guides in Ecological Treks were very friendly and helpful. They also are very knowledgeble of the areas we visited such as Monkey Temple, Durbar Square,Phewa Lake,Devi’s Fall, etc. They also took me to try very authentic Nepalese food which i enjoyed a lot.I highly recommend their service if you visit Nepal.I would visit this country again!

Namaste!
This is my first time in Nepal, and I love it so much!
Wonderful ancient ambience in Bakhtapur, unforgettable rituals in Pasupatinath temple, and of course the wonderful Poon Hill Trekking!
The guy from Ecological Treks was very friendly and helpful. He knows everything about good places and restaurants along the way. He also made sure you can go through this safely.
I was lucky to get snow because there were big rain, and also perfect weather at the Poon Hill. The sunrise very beautiful, the sky was so blue and we could see the Himalayan mountain clearly.
Highly recommended to contact them if you want to visit Nepal, moreover for solo traveler like me. Thanks Bimal for a great journey!
Cannot wait to come there again!
Total planning by me for Ten day Nepal trek? Zero, lucky for me Rakesh organised everything with no fuss at all.
I was collected from the busy Kathmandu airport just after midnight and taken to my hotel, next morning I was warmly greeted by my guide Raju, what a gentleman! we set off to the airport for the short flight to Pokhara where my trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) would commence. The flight to Pokhara is spectacular and worth the money, definitely adds to the experience. On arrival we were met by my porter Binod, a terrific fellow with a wicket sense oh humor. Raju and Binod looked after me extremely well, we easily reached reached ABC within our itinerary and I had no ill effects from the altitude.
I sincerely enjoyed my trek with Raju and Binod and plan on returning next October to catch up them and maybe even do some trekking, I’ll leave that to Rakesh to organise!
Frequently Asked Questions
Set at the 3880m height, Hotel Everest View is the highest point of the 7-day Everest Trek route. The trek consists of starting at 1400m in Kathmandu and then going through Lukla (2860m), Phakding (2652m), and Namche Bazaar (3400m) to reach the Hotel Everest View.
No, there is not age restriction but since we will be trekking for hours daily, traversing cold climates, and ascending steep rocky paths at times, we recommend not to bring along kids under 10.
Flights to and from Lukla are frequently uncertain due to the ever-changing weather conditions in the Everest region. The weather can change every 15 minutes, resulting in numerous delays and cancellations.
You must check the weather forecast and leave 2-3 days open in your schedule to accommodate for delays, ensuring that you do not miss your overseas departure.
If you ever need emergency medical attention, we will contact a helicopter rescue service for you. This helicopter will take you down to a nearby hospital.
